What you'll do
- Provide personalized beauty advice and use upselling, product knowledge, and follow-up to build customer relationships and sales.
- Maintain product displays and a clean, stocked beauty area; follow tester sanitation, hazardous waste, and tool-cleansing policies.
- Meet sales goals and complete onboarding and ongoing product and sales training.
