Provides personalized beauty advice and sales service to customers, promotes products and programs, and maintains the store’s beauty area.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products and techniques, using product knowledge, upselling, and follow-up to build customer relationships and sales.
- Maintain product displays, stock, cleanliness, and compliance with tester sanitation and hazardous waste policies.
- Meet sales goals and complete required training, including training and certification for ear-piercing services.
