Provides beauty product advice and personalized sales service to customers while maintaining the beauty department and meeting sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, provide product demonstrations and recommendations, and use upselling and follow-up to build customer relationships.
- Maintain beauty displays, merchandising, stock, cleanliness, and compliance with sanitation and safety policies.
- Complete sales training and track progress toward sales budgets and goals.
