Provides beauty consultations, paid in-store beauty services, and personalized product sales while managing the customer experience and maintaining the beauty area.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on products, beauty trends, and techniques; use personalized selling and product knowledge to support sales goals.
- Perform ear-piercing and other applicable paid beauty services after completing required assessments and training.
- Maintain product displays, hygiene and sanitation standards, and participate in sales programs and events.
