Provides personalized beauty sales advice and product education, builds customer relationships and sales, and maintains the store’s beauty area and promotional displays.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products and trends, using product knowledge and suggestive selling to meet their needs and increase sales.
- Maintain beauty displays and stock, follow hygiene and sanitation policies, and support promotions and in-store events.
- Complete required training, track sales progress, and meet sales goals.
