Provides personalized beauty sales advice, product education, and customer service while maintaining the store’s beauty area and meeting sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, trends, and techniques; use personalized selling, upselling, and follow-up to build relationships and sales.
- Maintain beauty displays and a clean, stocked, hygienic sales area; follow tester sanitation and waste-disposal policies.
- Complete training, participate in sales programs, and track progress toward sales budgets and goals.
