Provides personalized beauty advice and sales service, helps customers select products, and maintains the store’s beauty area and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, trends, and usage; use personalized selling, upselling, and follow-up to build customer relationships and sales.
- Maintain product displays, stock, merchandising, cleanliness, and compliance with sanitation and waste-disposal policies.
- Complete sales training and meet sales budgets while participating in promotions and store events.
