Provides personalized beauty product advice and sales service, builds customer relationships and sales baskets, and maintains the store’s beauty zone and displays.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products and techniques, using product knowledge, upselling, and follow-up to support sales.
- Maintain beauty displays, stock, cleanliness, tester sanitation, and promotional materials; participate in sales programs and events.
- Complete training and sales tracking, work toward sales goals, and provide ear-piercing services after training and certification.
