About the job
Provides personalized beauty advice and sales service, helps customers select products, and maintains the store’s beauty area and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, usage, trends, and promotions while upselling and building customer relationships.
- Maintain product displays, stock, cleanliness, and compliance with sanitation and waste-disposal policies.
- Complete training and sales programs, track results, and work toward sales budgets.
