Provides personalized beauty advice and sales service to customers, promotes products and events, maintains the beauty area, and works toward sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products and techniques, using product knowledge and personalized selling to build sales.
- Maintain attractive, stocked, clean, and hygienic displays and follow tester sanitation and waste-disposal procedures.
- Complete product and sales training, participate in promotions and events, and meet sales budgets.
