Provides personalized beauty sales advice and product education to customers while maintaining the beauty area and meeting sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, demonstrate usage and benefits, and use upselling and follow-up to build sales and relationships.
- Maintain stocked, clean, compliant beauty displays and execute promotional events and programs.
- Complete required training, track progress against sales goals, and provide ear-piercing services after training and certification.
