About the job
Provides personalized beauty sales advice and product education, builds customer relationships and sales, and maintains the store’s beauty area and displays.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products and techniques, using product knowledge, upselling, and follow-up to support sales.
- Maintain beauty displays, stock, cleanliness, and compliance with tester sanitation and related policies.
- Complete sales training, track progress against sales goals, and participate in promotions and events.
