Provides personalized beauty product advice and sales service, builds customer relationships, maintains the beauty area, and works toward sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, demonstrate product knowledge, and use upselling and suggestive selling to support sales.
- Maintain displays, merchandising, cleanliness, product stock, and compliance with sanitation and waste-disposal policies.
- Complete sales training and programs, track sales progress, and meet sales budgets.
