Provides personalized beauty advice and sales service, promotes products and programs, and maintains the store’s beauty area.
What you'll do
- Engage customers, recommend products based on their needs, and use upselling and follow-up to build relationships and sales.
- Explain product use and benefits, promote events and programs, and maintain displays and a clean, stocked beauty area.
- Meet sales goals and complete training; follow tester sanitation, hazardous waste, and tool-cleaning policies.
