Provides personalized beauty sales advice, product education, and customer service while maintaining the beauty sales area and meeting sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, demonstrate product use, and use upselling and follow-up to build customer relationships.
- Maintain clean, stocked, and merchandised displays while following tester sanitation and safety policies.
- Complete training, participate in sales programs, and track progress toward sales budgets and goals.
