Provides personalized beauty advice and sales service, helps customers select products, and maintains the store’s beauty zone and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products and techniques, using product knowledge, upselling, and follow-up to build sales and relationships.
- Maintain displays, stock, cleanliness, and hygiene compliance in the beauty zone; support promotions and events.
- Complete training and track progress toward sales budgets and service goals.
