About the job
Provides personalized beauty product advice and sales service, builds customer relationships and sales baskets, and maintains the store’s beauty area and promotions.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products and usage, using product knowledge, upselling, and follow-up to support sales.
- Maintain beauty displays, merchandise, cleanliness, tester sanitation, and other operational standards.
- Complete training and sales programs, track progress against sales goals, and provide ear-piercing services after training and certification.

Pay
