Provides personalized beauty product advice and sales service, builds customer relationships, maintains the beauty area, and works toward sales goals.
What you'll do
- Engage customers with needs-based product advice, upselling, product education, and follow-up to build sales and relationships.
- Maintain and merchandise the beauty zone, including displays, sanitation, hygiene, and promotional materials.
- Meet sales goals and complete required onboarding, product training, and sales-program activities.
