Provides personalized beauty advice and sales service to customers while maintaining the beauty area, supporting promotions, and meeting sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, usage, and benefits; use product knowledge, upselling, and follow-up to build sales and customer relationships.
- Maintain and merchandise the beauty zone, including displays, cleanliness, stock, and tester sanitation.
- Participate in sales programs and training, track progress, and work toward sales budgets.
