Provides personalized beauty product advice and sales service, builds customer relationships, and maintains the store’s beauty area and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, trends, usage, and promotions, using personalized selling and follow-up to drive sales.
- Maintain product displays, stock, cleanliness, and compliance with tester sanitation and related policies.
- Complete training, meet sales budgets, and participate in sales programs and events.
