Provides personalized beauty advice and sales service, promotes products and programs, and maintains the store’s beauty area.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products and techniques, using product knowledge and suggestive selling to meet sales goals.
- Maintain product displays, merchandising, stock, cleanliness, and compliance with tester sanitation and safety policies.
- Participate in sales programs, training, and events, and complete required onboarding and ongoing education.
