Provides personalized beauty advice and sales service to customers, maintains the beauty zone, and works toward sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products and techniques, using product knowledge, upselling, and follow-up to build relationships and sales.
- Maintain displays, stock, cleanliness, and compliance with tester sanitation and other hygiene policies.
- Complete training, participate in sales programs, and track progress toward sales budgets.
