Provides personalized beauty advice and sales service to customers while maintaining the beauty area and meeting sales goals.
What you'll do
- Engage customers, recommend products, and use upselling and follow-up to build relationships and sales.
- Maintain displays, stock, cleanliness, and compliance with tester sanitation and waste-disposal policies.
- Complete training and sales activities, track progress, and work toward sales budgets.
