Provides personalized beauty product advice and sales service, builds customer relationships, and maintains the store’s beauty area and promotional displays.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, offer personalized recommendations, and use upselling and follow-up to support sales.
- Maintain product displays, merchandising, cleanliness, stock, and compliance with hygiene and sanitation policies.
- Meet sales goals and participate in training, promotions, and beauty events; perform ear-piercing services after training and certification.
