Provides personalized beauty advice and sales service to customers while maintaining the beauty area and meeting sales goals.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, usage, trends, and promotions; build sales through personalized recommendations and follow-up.
- Maintain product displays, stock, cleanliness, and compliance with tester sanitation and other safety policies.
- Complete required training, track sales performance, and participate in sales programs and events.
