Provides personalized beauty sales advice and service, promotes products and programs, and maintains the store’s beauty area while meeting sales goals.
What you'll do
- Engage customers with tailored product recommendations, product knowledge, upselling, and follow-up to build sales and relationships.
- Maintain displays, stock, cleanliness, and sanitation standards in the beauty zone; support promotions and in-store events.
- Complete training, track sales progress, and work toward established sales goals.
