Provides in-store beauty services and personalized product advice while driving sales and maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
What you'll do
- Advise customers, demonstrate products, and use consultative and suggestive selling to meet sales goals.
- Perform ear-piercing and other applicable paid beauty services after passing required assessments and training.
- Maintain attractive, stocked, clean, and compliant displays and service areas; participate in sales events and training.
