Provides personalized beauty advice and paid in-store beauty services while driving sales and maintaining the Beauty & Personal Care area.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on products, demonstrate their use, and promote products, services, programs, and events to meet sales goals.
- Perform ear-piercing and other applicable paid beauty services after completing required assessments and training.
- Maintain attractive, stocked, clean, and hygienic displays and work areas; complete required training and follow sanitation policies.
