Provides in-store beauty services and personalized product advice while driving sales and managing the customer experience in Beauty & Personal Care.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, trends, promotions, and services, using personalized selling and product knowledge to support sales goals.
- Perform required paid beauty services, including ear piercing, after passing required assessments and training.
- Maintain clean, stocked, well-merchandised service areas and follow sanitation and operational policies.
What they ask for
- Current, valid Cosmetology/Esthetician license for the state of employment; Nevada applicants must provide the specified makeup artist/threader registration.
- Willingness to perform ear-piercing and other applicable services, and pass required skills assessments and training courses.
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
- Available for flexible retail scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, extended and peak hours, and travel to sales programs or events as needed.

Pay
$18.00 - $27.00 USD base hourly rate
