About the job
Provides beauty consultations and paid in-store services while driving product sales and delivering a strong customer experience.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, trends, and techniques; use personalized selling and upselling to meet sales goals.
- Perform ear piercing and other applicable paid beauty services after passing required assessments; maintain the required active license.
- Maintain product displays, hygiene and sanitation standards, and complete sales and service training.
