Provides beauty consultations and paid in-store beauty services while advising customers, driving product sales, and maintaining the beauty retail area.
What you'll do
- Deliver personalized product advice, beauty demonstrations, and sales service, including upselling and explaining promotions.
- Perform ear-piercing and other applicable paid services after passing required proficiency assessments; maintain required sanitation standards.
- Maintain product displays and a clean, stocked, compliant service area; complete ongoing training and participate in sales events.
