Provides personalized beauty sales advice and paid in-store beauty services, while managing the customer experience, product displays, and service-area standards.
What you'll do
- Advise customers, demonstrate products, and use personalized selling and upselling to meet sales goals.
- Perform ear piercing and other applicable paid beauty services after passing required assessments and training.
- Maintain product displays and a clean, well-stocked service area while following sanitation and safety policies.
