Provides personalized beauty sales advice and paid in-store beauty services, including required ear piercing, while maintaining the beauty area and delivering a strong customer experience.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on products, trends, services, and promotions; use sales techniques to meet sales goals.
- Perform ear piercing and other applicable paid services after passing proficiency assessments and training.
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards; complete ongoing training.
