Provides personalized beauty advice, sells products, and performs paid in-store beauty services while managing the customer experience and maintaining the beauty sales area.
What you'll do
- Consult with customers, recommend products, and use upselling and product knowledge to meet sales and service goals.
- Perform ear-piercing and other applicable paid beauty services after passing required assessments and training.
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, sanitation, and merchandising standards; attend sales events and ongoing training.

- Current, valid Cosmetology/Esthetician license in the state of employment; Nevada applicants must also provide the stated makeup artist or threader registration.
- Willingness to perform ear-piercing and other applicable services; pass required skills assessments and training courses.

Pay
$18.90 - $27.90 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
