Provides in-store beauty consultations, paid beauty services, and personalized product sales while managing the customer experience and maintaining the beauty area.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, demonstrate product use, and drive sales through personalized service and suggestive selling.
- Perform ear piercing and other applicable paid services after passing required assessments; maintain the required active state license.
- Maintain displays, merchandising, cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with store policies; complete ongoing training.
