Provides personalized beauty advice and paid in-store services while driving product sales and maintaining the beauty retail area.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on products, demonstrate product use, and drive sales through personalized service and suggestive selling.
- Perform ear piercing and other applicable paid beauty services after completing required assessments and training.
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with sanitation and hazardous-waste policies.
