Provides beauty consultations and paid in-store beauty services while driving product sales and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, trends, and techniques; recommend products and services to meet their needs and support sales goals.
- Perform ear-piercing and other applicable paid beauty services after passing required assessments and training.
- Maintain product displays, merchandising, hygiene, sanitation, and service-area standards.
