Provides personalized beauty consultations, paid in-store beauty services, and product sales while maintaining the beauty department and delivering a strong customer experience.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, demonstrate product use, and support sales through personalized recommendations and upselling.
- Perform ear-piercing and other applicable paid beauty services after passing required assessments and training.
- Maintain displays, product presentation, hygiene, sanitation, and promotional materials.
