Provides beauty consultations, product sales, and paid in-store beauty services while maintaining the customer experience and assigned beauty area.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on products, trends, and techniques; drive sales through personalized service and product recommendations.
- Perform ear-piercing and other applicable paid beauty services after passing required assessments and training.
- Maintain displays, cleanliness, sanitation, and merchandising standards; participate in sales events and training.
