Provides in-store beauty consultations and paid beauty services while advising customers, driving product sales, and maintaining a safe, well-merchandised service area.
What you'll do
- Deliver personalized product advice, demonstrations, and sales service, including upselling and explaining promotions and CVS programs.
- Perform ear piercing and other applicable paid beauty services after passing required assessments; maintain an active, displayed state license.
- Maintain product displays, hygiene and sanitation standards, and current service and sales knowledge through required training.
