Provides beauty consultations, paid in-store beauty services, and personalized product sales while maintaining the beauty area and meeting customer service and sales goals.
What you'll do
- Deliver personalized beauty advice, product demonstrations, and sales through customer consultations and suggestive selling.
- Perform required in-store beauty services, including ear piercing, after passing required assessments and training.
- Maintain product displays, sanitation, hygiene, and merchandising standards.
