Provides beauty consultations, paid in-store beauty services, and personalized product sales while maintaining the beauty area and delivering a strong customer experience.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, trends, and techniques; use personalized selling and product knowledge to support sales goals.
- Perform ear-piercing and other applicable paid beauty services after passing required assessments and training.
- Maintain product displays, merchandising, cleanliness, sanitation, and service-area standards.
