Provides personalized beauty consultations, product sales, and paid beauty services while maintaining a clean, compliant in-store beauty area.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, trends, promotions, and services; support sales through personalized recommendations and upselling.
- Perform ear piercing and other applicable paid services after completing required proficiency assessments and training.
- Maintain product displays, sanitation standards, and a well-stocked, well-merchandised service area.
