Provides beauty consultations, product sales, and paid in-store beauty services while managing the customer experience and maintaining the beauty sales area.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products and trends, recommend products, and drive sales through personalized service and upselling.
- Perform ear piercing and other applicable paid beauty services after passing required assessments and training.
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with store policies.
