Provides beauty sales, personalized product advice, and paid in-store beauty services while managing the customer experience and maintaining the assigned retail area.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on products, trends, promotions, and services; use consultative selling and product knowledge to support sales.
- Perform ear piercing and other applicable paid beauty services after passing required assessments, and maintain required sanitation standards.
- Maintain displays, merchandise, stock, and cleanliness; complete required sales and service training.

- Current, valid Cosmetology/Esthetician license in the state of employment; Nevada applicants must also provide the specified makeup artist or threader registration.
- Willingness to perform ear piercing and other applicable store services, and pass required skills assessments and training.
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
