About the job
Provides beauty consultations, licensed beauty services, and personalized product sales while managing the in-store customer experience and service area.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products and trends, using personalized recommendations, demonstrations, and sales techniques.
- Perform required ear-piercing and other applicable paid beauty services after passing proficiency assessments.
- Maintain product displays, sanitation, merchandising, and service-area standards; complete ongoing training.
