Provides personalized beauty advice and paid in-store beauty services while driving sales and maintaining a clean, well-merchandised service area.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on beauty products, demonstrate product use, and use upselling and promotions to support sales.
- Perform ear-piercing and other applicable paid beauty services after passing required assessments and training.
- Maintain product displays, hygiene and sanitation standards, and participate in sales events and ongoing training.
