About the job
Manages relationships with assigned Louisiana behavioral health providers, resolving complex Medicaid, contract, claims, compensation, and service issues while supporting provider education and operations.
What you'll do
- Builds and maintains provider relationships; resolves escalated claims, contract, service, and provider-information issues.
- Educates Medicaid providers, supports credentialing and contract coordination, and facilitates provider meetings.
- Coordinates cross-functionally on provider systems, cost initiatives, communications, workflows, and problem resolution.
