Provides care management and short-term, evidence-based psychotherapy for patients with behavioral health needs in primary care clinics.

- Provide short-term counseling and evidence-based treatments, coordinating care with primary care teams and a psychiatric consultant.
- Document encounters and help advance the regional Behavioral Health Program.
