Leads a clinic’s clinical team while providing primary care, mentoring providers, and implementing organizational and regional care initiatives.
What you'll do
- Practice primary care at 80% clinical time and perform administrative and leadership work at 20%.
- Mentor, coach, onboard, and support providers in delivering evidence-based care and implementing Oak Street Health’s care model.
- Lead center-level quality, performance, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with practice and outreach leadership.
